4G Metals “Fuel Your Scrap” Promotion — Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

    The promoter is 4G Metals Pty Ltd (ABN 77 664 657 416), located at 34 Abbott Road, Seven Hills NSW 2147, a subsidiary of Wanless Group of Companies.



  2. Promotion Period

    The promotion runs from 1 February 2025 to 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
    Entries close at 5:00 pm AEDT on 28 February 2026.



  3. Eligibility

    • Entry is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 years or over who sell scrap metal to 4G Metals at any participating branch (Artarmon, Seven Hills, Kemps Creek or Smithfield) during the Promotion Period.
    • Employees of the Wanless Group, their immediate family members, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.


  4. How to Enter

    • Customers will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every $100 (including GST) value of scrap metal sold to 4G Metals during the Promotion Period, during normal 4G Metals’ opening hours.
    • Multiple entries are permitted; each qualifying $100 transaction equals one entry.
    • All entries must include the entrant’s full name, contact number, email address, and invoice number to be valid.


  5. Prize

    • There is one (1) prize consisting of a $500 fuel card (fuel provider of our choice).
    • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
    • The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or expired cards once issued.


  6. Draw Details

    • The draw will take place at 4G Metals Head Office, 1–5 Whiting St, Artarmon NSW, on Friday 5 December 2025 at 12:00 pm AEDT.
    • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the draw.
    • The winner’s name may be published on the 4G Metals website and social media channels.


  7. Verification & Validity

    • The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
    • Entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria or contain false information will not be accepted.
    • Proof of identity and proof of transaction may be required before a prize is awarded.


  8. Privacy

    • By entering, participants agree that 4G Metals may collect and store their contact information for the purpose of administering this promotion and notifying the winner.
    • Entrants may opt-in to receive marketing communications; personal details will otherwise remain confidential in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).


  9. Permit

    As this is a game of chance with a total prize value under $10,000, no permit is required in NSW, QLD, or VIC under current trade promotion laws.



  10. General Conditions

    • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms if circumstances arise outside of its control.
    • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
